book a Live Online Session or 1–1 Transformational Session;

receive access through your employer, organisation or another business client;

otherwise use Fused4Life products, services or content.
We handle personal information in accordance with applicable UK data-protection law, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Fused4Life.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Fused4Life does not need to receive or store your full payment-card details where these are handled securely by the relevant payment provider.

3. HEALTH AND OTHER SPECIAL CATEGORY INFORMATION
Information about physical or mental health can be classed as special category personal data and receives additional protection under data-protection law.
Fused4Life does not require general website visitors, subscribers or workplace participants to provide medical information in order to use standard Fused4Life digital content.
During an individual 1–1 service, you may voluntarily choose to discuss information relating to your health, wellbeing or personal circumstances.
Where we need to process special category information, we will only do so where an appropriate legal basis and additional condition under data-protection law applies.
Where explicit consent is the appropriate condition, we will seek that consent clearly and separately.
We ask organisations purchasing Fused4Life for their teams not to provide us with medical, health or other sensitive information about employees or participants unless there is a genuine need and an appropriate lawful basis for doing so.
4. WHERE WE GET PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM
Most personal information is provided directly by you when you subscribe, purchase, book, complete a form, contact us or use our services.

Employers, organisations or business clients
For example, where an organisation purchases Virtual Experience or workplace access and provides participant names or email addresses so that access can be issued.
Technology and service providers
For example, information relating to payments, subscription status, website security or technical activity.

Where we receive your personal information from an employer, organisation or another source rather than directly from you, we will provide appropriate privacy information in accordance with data-protection law.
