5. Live Sessions, Leadership Sessions & Consultations

5.2 All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Due to limited availability and the live nature of sessions, all bookings are non-refundable.

5.4 Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time.

5.5 We are unable to refund or reschedule appointments cancelled less than 12 hours in advance.

5.6 Non-attendance (“no show”) is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

5.7 If you join late, sessions will still end at the scheduled finish time.

5.8 Where replay access is included, it is provided for personal use only and must not be shared or distributed.

5.9 Sessions are non-clinical and educational in nature and do not constitute therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.
