SITE ACCESSIBILITY

Last updated: September 2026

Fused4Life is committed to making our website, digital content and services as accessible, usable and inclusive as reasonably possible.

We want people to be able to access Fused4Life regardless of disability, access need, device or the way they navigate the internet.

OUR ACCESSIBILITY APPROACH

Our ongoing accessibility work is guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

We aim to improve accessibility across Fused4Life as our website, programmes and services develop.

We do not claim that every page, item of content or third-party feature currently meets every WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criterion.

Accessibility is an ongoing process and we continue to review and improve our content.

WHAT WE ARE WORKING TO PROVIDE

We aim, wherever reasonably possible, to:

  • use clear page structures, headings and navigation;

  • maintain readable fonts and appropriate colour contrast;

  • provide alternative text for meaningful images and graphics;

  • make website functionality usable with a keyboard where possible;

  • support commonly used screen-reader and accessibility technologies;

  • create responsive pages that work across different screen sizes and devices;

  • avoid unnecessary movement or visual effects that interfere with use;

  • use clear language and understandable instructions;

  • make links and interactive elements identifiable;

  • improve the accessibility of forms and buttons;

  • provide captions, transcripts or appropriate alternatives for audio and video content where reasonably possible; and

  • consider accessibility when creating new Fused4Life content and services.

AUDIO AND IMMERSIVE CONTENT

Audio is an important part of Fused4Life.

We recognise that audio-led experiences may create barriers for people who are deaf, hard of hearing or who process information differently.

We are continuing to improve the accessibility of our audio and video content, including through transcripts, captions and alternative formats where reasonably possible.

Not every existing audio programme may currently have a complete written equivalent.

If you need information from a Fused4Life programme in another format, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND SERVICES

Some parts of our website and services rely on third-party technology, integrations, payment systems, embedded content or external websites.

We do not always have complete control over the accessibility of third-party systems.

Where we identify an accessibility problem with a service we rely on, we will consider reasonable ways to reduce the barrier or provide an alternative where possible.

REASONABLE ADJUSTMENTS AND ALTERNATIVE FORMATS

If a disability or access need makes it difficult for you to use a part of Fused4Life, please contact us.

Where reasonably possible, we will work with you to identify an appropriate alternative or reasonable adjustment.

This may include providing information in another format or helping you access a product or service in a different way.

REPORTING AN ACCESSIBILITY PROBLEM

We welcome feedback about accessibility.

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of Fused4Life.com or our digital content, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

It is helpful if you can tell us:

  • which page, programme or feature you were trying to use;

  • what difficulty you experienced; and

  • what device, browser or assistive technology you were using, if relevant.

You do not have to provide more personal information than is necessary for us to understand and respond to the issue.

ONGOING IMPROVEMENTS

Accessibility is not a one-off exercise.

As Fused4Life grows, we will continue to review our website, content and digital experiences and make improvements where reasonably practicable.

We appreciate accessibility feedback because it helps us identify barriers that may not otherwise be apparent.
