IN THIS SESSION
Quality sleep is a fundamental pillar of recovery. During times of loss, restful sleep plays an important role in supporting the body’s natural healing processes, helping to calm the mind, restore the immune system, reduce inflammation, and improve mental and emotional wellbeing.

If there is anything troubling you, or something you’re finding difficult to move on from…
If you’re experiencing difficulty within a relationship or a situation…
Write it out.
It doesn’t need to make sense. It doesn’t need to be neat.
Simply writing it out can help you acknowledge what you’ve been carrying and address it before settling into your Sleep Well programme.
Take a moment to think about what you’ve achieved…
How does it feel as you think about it?
Celebrate the small things…
Think about what you’re grateful for
Why you’re grateful?
How it feels when you think about it?
Think about who you’re thankful for.
What you love about them?
How they make you feel and how you feel about them?
When you’re ready, write these thoughts down.
Keep them somewhere safe and return to them whenever you’re having a difficult moment, or simply when you want to reconnect with feelings of appreciation.
They can remind you of what’s important and help you feel good again.
Finish by repeating…
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
HOW ARE YOU?
